HOW TO ORDER?
Welcome to the ELMS+KING online store! To purchase a product on our site, simply click on the shop tab at the top of the home page, then on the chosen category & then on the item you wish to purchase & click ‘add to cart’. You can then go back to look at further products by clicking “continue shopping” which will take you back to the home page & add additional items to your cart. If you now have everything in your cart you wish to purchase, please click ‘Check Out’. Please note you will need your credit card details & your shipping address to finalise your online shopping.

CAN I CHANGE/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes you can change your order whilst you are still browsing and shopping, simply remove it from the cart & start over. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you to change it online.

PAYMENT CHOICES
We accept payment via VISA and Mastercard credit cards and PayPal.
Your card will be debited at the time of order.

HOW SECURE IS MY CREDIT CARD AND PERSONAL INFORMATION?

REDEEMING DISCOUNT & PROMOTION CODES
When your sale is complete & you have entered your shipping & billing information, click on “Next”. This will take you to the payment page of the site – under the price of the item it will have a discount option, this is where you fill in the code & then click on “Apply Discount”. The site will then automatically reduce the cost of your purchase.

COMMUNICATION AFTER PLACING YOUR ORDER
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. This will include your order number, so please keep this for your records. Once payment is confirmed, your order will be shipped. Once this is completed, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, so you are able to track your purchase.
